These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the CricketLovers mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").CricketLovers is a cricket-focused platform that enables users to discover and participate in cricket tournaments, teams and matches, manage player and team information, record and view cricket scores, access tournament information, follow live matches, and interact with cricket-related content and services.

By accessing or using CricketLovers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

1. About CricketLovers:

CricketLovers provides technology and digital services for cricket players, teams, tournament organizers, scorers and other cricket enthusiasts.Depending on the features available to you, the Service may allow you to:

Create and manage a user account.
Create or participate in cricket teams.
Register players.
Create, manage or participate in tournaments.
Create and manage cricket matches.
Manage playing squads and playing XI.
Record and maintain ball-by-ball match scores.
View live scores, scorecards and match results.
View tournament fixtures, standings and points tables.
View player and team statistics.
Follow teams, players, tournaments and matches.
Publish cricket-related photographs, videos, comments or other content.
Participate as a tournament organizer, team manager, captain, vice-captain, player, scorer, umpire or other authorized role.
Receive notifications relating to matches, tournaments and other Service activities.

2. Eligibility:

You must provide accurate information when registering for or using the Service.By using CricketLovers, you represent that:

You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

If a parent or legal guardian permits a minor to use the Service, the parent or guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the Service and compliance with these Terms.Tournament organizers and team administrators may establish additional eligibility requirements for participation in their tournaments or matches.

3. User Accounts:

Certain features require you to create an account.You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Keeping your account information up to date.
Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
All activities performed through your account unless caused by unauthorized access that you promptly report to us.

You must notify CricketLovers promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.CricketLovers may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our policies.

4. Cricket Profiles, Teams and Player Information:

Users may create or manage cricket profiles, teams and player information.You agree that information submitted by you must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.You must not:

Create a false player identity.
Impersonate another player, official, organizer or person.
Register a player without appropriate authorization where authorization is required.
Manipulate player statistics or records for fraudulent purposes.
Enter deliberately false match or tournament information.
Use another person's personal information without authorization.

Cricket statistics and records may be generated from information submitted by users, scorers, organizers and match officials. CricketLovers does not guarantee that every statistic, score, player record or tournament record is error-free.

5. Tournaments:

Tournament organizers may use CricketLovers to create and manage tournaments, including:

Tournament name and description.
Tournament rules.
Teams.
Players.
Fixtures.
Venues.
Match schedules.
Tournament standings.
Points tables.
Match results.

Tournament organizers are responsible for ensuring that their tournament rules, registration requirements, fees, eligibility requirements and other tournament-specific conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

CricketLovers provides technology to facilitate tournament management and does not automatically become the organizer, promoter, owner or governing authority of any tournament created by a user.Unless expressly stated otherwise, disputes relating to tournament participation, player eligibility, tournament fees, prizes, selection decisions or on-field decisions should first be addressed to the relevant tournament organizer or authorized official.

6. Match Scoring:

CricketLovers may provide ball-by-ball scoring and match-management functionality.Scoring may be entered or modified by authorized scorers, organizers or other permitted users.Users understand that:

Scores may contain human errors.
Scorecards may be corrected or updated.
Match information may be delayed due to connectivity, device, server or other technical issues.
Statistics may change when match information is corrected.
CricketLovers does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free scoring.
CricketLovers is not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect information submitted by users.

Where applicable, tournament organizers and authorized officials are responsible for resolving scoring disputes.

7. Match Officials:

CricketLovers may support roles including:

Scorers.
Umpires.
Tournament officials.
Captains and vice-captains.

The decisions of match officials are independent of CricketLovers unless CricketLovers is specifically appointed as an authorized governing body for a particular event.CricketLovers does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness or correctness of decisions made by independent tournament officials or users.

8. User-Generated Content:

Users may submit or publish content through the Service, including:

Profile photographs.
Team logos.
Player photographs.
Match photographs.
Videos.
Comments.
Match commentary.
Tournament information.
Team information.
Player information.
Other cricket-related content.

By submitting content, you represent that:

You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and submit it.
The content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or fraudulent.
The content does not contain malicious software or harmful code.
The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

You retain ownership of content that you own. However, by submitting content to CricketLovers, you grant CricketLovers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, format, adapt and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve and promote the Service.You may request removal of content that you are authorized to control, subject to applicable laws, contractual obligations and legitimate operational requirements.

9. Prohibited Content and Activities:

You must not use CricketLovers to:

Upload illegal content.
Harass, threaten or abuse another person.
Publish defamatory or deliberately misleading content.
Impersonate another individual or organization.
Publish private or confidential information without authorization.
Upload sexually explicit or pornographic content.
Promote violence or criminal activity.
Promote discrimination or hateful conduct.

Manipulate scores or statistics fraudulently.
Create fraudulent tournaments or teams.

Circumvent security, access controls or usage restrictions.

CricketLovers may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

If you believe that content or user activity violates these Terms, you may report it to CricketLovers using the available reporting mechanism or by contacting us.Reports may concern:

Harassment or abuse.
Inappropriate content.

The CricketLovers name, logo, website, mobile applications, software, design, graphics, interface, databases, text, trademarks and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to CricketLovers or its respective licensors.Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Modify or create derivative works from the Service.
Sell, license or commercially exploit CricketLovers materials without permission.

User-generated cricket content remains subject to the ownership rights described in these Terms.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, social networks, advertising services, analytics services, hosting providers or other external platforms.Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.CricketLovers is not responsible for the availability, security, content, accuracy or practices of third-party services.

13. Accuracy of Information:

We aim to provide accurate and useful cricket information. However, CricketLovers does not guarantee that:

Scores will always be accurate.
Statistics will always be complete.
Fixtures will always be current.
Tournament information will always be accurate.
Player information will always be correct.
Live updates will always be instantaneous.
The Service will always be available.

Information submitted by users, organizers, scorers and officials may contain errors.

14. Service Availability:

We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

15. Offline and Synchronization Features

17. Account Deletion:

You may request deletion of your CricketLovers account through the account deletion facility provided by CricketLovers or by contacting us.Account deletion may result in the permanent deletion or anonymization of information associated with your account, subject to:

Certain publicly available tournament, match or statistical records may remain available in an anonymized or non-personally-identifiable form where permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CricketLovers is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.We do not guarantee that the Service will:

Be uninterrupted.
Be completely secure.
Be free of errors.
Be free of viruses or other harmful components.
Always contain accurate or complete information.
Meet every user's specific requirements.

CricketLovers is a technology platform and does not guarantee the outcome of any cricket match, tournament, player selection, tournament ranking or dispute.

20. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CricketLovers and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.This may include loss of:

Data.
Revenue.
Profits.
Business opportunities.
Reputation.
Tournament participation.
Match or player records.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CricketLovers, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from:
